Nan Jia Bio

I hold a B.A. in Music from the China Conservatory of Music and an M.A. in Arts Management from SUNY Buffalo. From 2019 to 2022, I pursued an M.S. in Computer Science at the College of Staten Island, CUNY. In Fall 2022, I joined the Ph.D. program in Computer Science at the Graduate Center, CUNY, and became a member of the DAIR Lab.

My research tackles the critical challenge of ensuring the trustworthiness of AI systems in real-world applications. By investigating semantic preservation and fostering collaboration across software engineers, system engineers, and data scientists, I aim to develop innovative approaches for evaluating modern systems’ reliability, ultimately enhancing the reliability and efficiency of data-driven technologies.
