I graduated from Sharif University of Technology in 2018 with a Master’s degree in Applied Mathematics, specializing in Statistical Learning. In Fall 2019, I joined the Computer Science PhD program at the Graduate Center, CUNY, where I continue to explore biological applications of AI, including RNA therapeutics using geometric deep learning.

From 2020 to 2023, my research focused on machine learning approaches for transportation applications and routing problems. I became a member of the DAIR Lab in January 2021, contributing to interdisciplinary AI research. In Summer 2022, I interned at Ordaos Bio as an AI Fellow, where I applied AI methods to protein therapeutics.

My research interests include computational biology, graph theory, and AI methods in drug discovery.
